The Guernsey Society of Football Referees (GSFR) will be holding its annual Charity Fund Raising Week from Friday 17th - Sunday 26th March 2023.
Last season the GSFR raised over £6,500 through the support of sponsors, business contributors, and through the support and contributions from clubs, players and spectators. The GSFR has set an ambition target to raise another similar amount this season and on behalf of the Guernsey FA, we would like to ask that you support this very worthwhile initiative once again.
The GSFR are once again donating all of their match fees during this week to raise funds for three amazing local charities. We would like all clubs, coaches, players and supporters to dig deep to support this extremely worthwhile cause to help raise as much money as possible. Donation boxes will be at every club but if you would prefer you can donate online at www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/gsysocietyoffootballreferees
The GSFR officials will be distributing collection boxes the week prior to the event, so please look out for them in your local clubhouse.
